Prior to joining Abraham Trust, Michael served as the director of customer experience at Commonwealth Joe, the nation’s leading non-alcoholic beverage on tap distributor to offices, where he oversaw customer-facing departments in the organization as the company experienced a 90% CAGR, growing to serve over half a million people every day. Michael also worked on market expansion and product development, launches to new cities and expanding product offerings to include whole bean coffee for offices. Michael's focus was on maintaining best in class customer retention and satisfaction. Michael has since spent time independently consulting on leading customer experience strategy and operational planning for other organizations in technology and health and wellness.
